Fab week and stay at the Lavender. Very quiet are to relax, but loads of places for sightseeing. The Lavender is a lovely gite and has everything we needed and very clean and tidy plus the welcome pack was much needed.
Sara and Louise laid on a party for us on Tuesday night, it was a lovely party and the food was fab!! Apart from 5 days of rain we had a very lovely stay at the Lavender and we will return.

We have had an excellent stay in this very comfortable gite. Sara has been tremendously helpful and welcoming.
Our cycling in the area has been very enjoyable - yes, we even enjoy it in the rain and have had lots of practice.
Overall we are delighted with our stay; clean, restful, escellent facilities and first class peace!

Brilliant stay and thoroughly enjoyable break from retirement. Excellent cycling country and superb, friendly welcome. Fcilities were more than adequate and the accommodation provided for all our needs.

We have had a wonderful stay here in this beautiful gite. Sara has looked after our every need and has been so welcoming and friendly. This is an ideal location for sightseeing in all directions and we will certainly recommend it to everyone we know! The kids loved their room and Harvey`s highlight was Mont-St-Michel, Imogens the beach at Arromanche.
We will certainly be back and we`ll bring Dad next time too!

A wonderful visit made very special by the hosts. The gite was so comfortable & we needed for nothing as everything had been thought of. The weather could have been kinder but it was very cosy with the wood burner on. There is so much to see & do in this area- wish we were staying longer especially as we slept so well! Thanks to this lovely family for making our stay so enjoyable!

This visit has been the best ever. Me and my sister went round to the courtyard and played with the dogs (Sally,Lizzie) and played cricket (so much fun). I really loved it. Ethan.
It has been the best visit ever. I really enjoyed playing with the dogs- Sally & Lizzie. Me and my brother always knocked on to say hello. We wished we could stay a bit longer but we can’t. We have had so much fun! Abby.

What a wonderful place to stay, we have had such a brilliant time. It is a lovely family orientated place, kids have been playing with the dogs in the garden and absolutely loved it. A very enjoyable stay, visited the Normandy beaches, Mont Saint Michel, Bayeux and many of the lovely villages. The hosts were wonderful and the gite was spacious and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed! The weather was fantastic and the bread from the village shop was delicious! A lovely place to stay- the whole family enjoyed their stay here at Lavender. The gite is very spacious and has everything you need to be made to feel at home. The children enjoyed the gardens, chickens and having pancakes made for their breakfasts “by Sara”. We would like to thank everyone at Ferme de la Fleur for making this a very pleasant stay and wonderful holiday.

Comfortable, quiet and clean gite- just right for a relaxing week. Thankyou for the welcome pack and those little extras that made a big difference. The beach at Saint Germain Sur-Plage is good, Bayeux is lovely and our visit to the recommended Le Commerce was delicious, great value and extremely satisfying. Thank you for a lovely week- hope to be back again.

A fabulous two weeks staying in Lavender. Host family fantastic!! Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Enjoyed our French Anglo dinner at the Relais Des Forge. Met some colourful characters and food was good! Looking forward to visiting again soon. Beau and Betty-Lou loved the beach at Creance. Beau also loved Indi (anna Jones), the chickens and the post box ;o) Hope to keep in touch with such a lovely family. X
